All items are made to order. This means that when you place your order, we print/make that item just for you—one at a time—for the best quality!

We process orders Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office:
New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Tracking Notification

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If tracking updates do not appear within that timeframe, please contact Customer Support for assistance. We also send ongoing tracking updates via email—keep an eye on your inbox.

You can choose Standard or Express Shipping, depending on your item and location. Orders from overseas (e.g., China) may be handed over to local carriers, which can affect tracking visibility.

Although most orders arrive within the expected time frame, delivery can be affected by weather, flights, holiday rush, or other factors. Refer to your tracking details for real-time updates.

 

Shipping Address Responsibility

Make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

If you contact the final mile carrier (like USPS) after the package has shipped and request a change, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Some carriers (e.g., USPS) can deliver to P.O. Boxes. Others may leave packages in accessible areas like your front porch, garage, or doorstep. Please retrieve your package promptly. We do not cover losses due to mail theft.

 

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking says the order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact Customer Support immediately.
